Guidelines

Here are some guidelines that we would like you to follow.

1. Record an unedited, 30 second to 1 minute video clip telling employers why you deserve a job.
2. Make it creative.
3. A $50 Flip Video camcorder (and in some cases, even a webcam) will suffice. Just make sure you have proper lighting and a quiet spot to record.
